We are a legally operating company. We pay taxes and issue receipts for all products, and VAT invoices upon request. We reserve the right to change the store’s terms and conditions, so buyers should review them before each purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as well as information regarding shipping and returns. All products we sell are new and warranted. The content of advertisements on the VIPARTS  (Raceline Tuning) online store website does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 543 of the Civil Code.

Almost all goods are stored in the warehouses of factories and suppliers with whom we cooperate. Most goods are shipped via dropshipping.

We reserve the right to exclude items shown due to the international sales of our products and the constant changes in the assortment in our warehouses and at our factories and suppliers.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes with our suppliers. If the price or availability is not current, the customer will be informed immediately.

The products are new and free from physical defects. The Seller is not responsible for any improper or unlawful use of the products purchased from us. The Seller is not responsible for any losses caused by improper use of the products purchased or their incorrect assembly. The Seller reserves the right to change the color of some products due to small-scale production. These changes do not affect the quality of the goods offered and will not constitute grounds for a return. We constantly strive to improve the quality of our products, so the photos of some items may differ slightly from what the buyer receives. All prices are gross prices and include VAT.  After placing an order, the buyer receives a VAT invoice via email to the address provided during checkout.

 

Payment Methods

The Customer may choose the following payment methods for the ordered Goods:
a) bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account (in this case, order processing will begin after the Seller sends the Customer a confirmation of order acceptance, and shipping will be made immediately after the funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account),
b) bank transfer or credit card payment via the external payment system PayU or Stripe (in this case, order processing will begin after the Seller sends the Customer a confirmation of order acceptance and after the Seller receives information from the PayU and Stripe systems about the Customer’s payment).

 

Returns and Complaints

The Buyer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of purchase (applies to goods purchased at our warehouse), except in the cases specified below.

– Electronic devices, OBD adapters, and other devices that require connection to a vehicle for coding, configuration, diagnostics, or other functions cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of defects or other circumstances agreed upon individually.
– The returned package must be accompanied by a written justification/reason for the return. Products must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or, if issued, a VAT invoice.
– Products sold to order from the factory are not returnable, except in cases resulting from an incorrect selection (if made by the store manager) or defects. All requests for returns of goods delivered to order are considered individually after prior electronic communication (email, WhatsApp).
– Complaints regarding damaged goods shipped via courier companies are considered individually and with the courier company. We are not responsible for the goods after they have been delivered to the courier company.
– All returns are accepted to our warehouse addresses and those of our suppliers, after prior arrangement of the return address via electronic means (email, WhatsApp).

The complaint processing time is 14 days from receipt of the shipment. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.

In the event of a return, the buyer must return the goods at their own expense after prior electronic communication (email, WhatsApp). The returned product must not show any signs of assembly or use. If the product is in its original packaging, the packaging must also be undamaged. After we accept and confirm the return, we reserve a 7-day deadline for refunding the product cost to the bank account provided by the Buyer in the return justification. If the item was shipped at our expense as part of a promotional offer, we will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns. The only refund option is a bank transfer after completing the above formalities.

 

Processing time

Order processing time is 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. If, for any reason, the ordered goods are not in stock in our warehouse or with the supplier, the order processing time may be extended by several days. In such a case, the ordering party will be immediately informed of the situation.

Agreement with Terms and Conditions
By placing an order on the raceline.pl website, browsing products in our online store, and browsing the options for making purchases in our store and using the materials available on this website, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions, as well as the terms and fees of the payment systems used to pay for the order.
