We are a legally operating company. We pay taxes and issue receipts for all products, and VAT invoices upon request. We reserve the right to change the store’s terms and conditions, so buyers should review them before each purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions, as well as information regarding shipping and returns. All products we sell are new and come with a warranty. Almost all goods are in the warehouses of factories and suppliers with whom we cooperate. Most goods are shipped via the “Dropshipping” system.
We reserve the right not to display the items shown due to the international sales of our products and the constant changes in the assortment in the warehouses and warehouses of factories and suppliers.
We reserve the right to change the price due to price changes with our suppliers. If the price or availability is not current, the customer will be informed immediately.
The products are new and free from physical defects. The Seller is not responsible for the improper or unlawful use of products purchased from us. The Seller is not responsible for losses caused by improper use of purchased products or their incorrect installation. The Seller reserves the right to change the color of some products due to small-scale production. These changes do not affect the quality of the goods offered and will not constitute grounds for a return. We continually strive to improve the quality of our products, so the photos of some items may differ slightly from what the Buyer receives. All prices are gross prices and include VAT.
Payment Methods
The Customer can choose the following payment methods for the ordered Goods:
a) bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account (in this case, order processing will begin after the Seller sends the Customer a confirmation of order acceptance, and shipping will be made immediately after the funds are credited to the Seller’s bank account),
b) bank transfer or credit card payment via the external payment system PayU or Stripe (in this case, order processing will begin after the Seller sends the Customer a confirmation of order acceptance and after the Seller receives information from PayU and Stripe about the Customer’s payment).
Returns and Complaints
The buyer has the right to return goods within 14 days of purchase without providing a reason. Please include a written justification/reason for the return or a description of the goods damaged in transit with the returned package. The original sales receipt or, if issued, a VAT invoice must be included with the product.

The complaint processing time is 14 days from receipt of the shipment. We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
In the event of a return, the buyer must return the goods at their own expense. The returned product must not show any signs of assembly or use. If the product is in the original packaging, the packaging must also be undamaged. After receiving the return, we reserve an 8-day deadline for refunding the product to the bank account provided by the Buyer in the justification for the return. If the item was shipped at our expense as part of a promotional offer, we will deduct the shipping cost from the Buyer’s refund. The item must be sent to the company address after completing the above guidelines and contacting the Seller by email. We do not accept returns of cash-on-delivery parcels. The only refund option is a bank transfer after completing the above formalities. The Seller is responsible for any non-conformity of the consumer goods with the contract if it is discovered within two years of the goods being delivered to the Buyer. Failure to inspect the package in the presence of the courier does not preclude initiating a complaint procedure.
Order Processing Time
The order processing time is 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. If, for any reason, the ordered goods are not in stock in our warehouse or with the supplier, the order processing time may be extended by several days. In such a case, the customer will be immediately informed of the situation.
Agreement with Terms and Conditions
